Who knew that rapping could be so much fun ??

Hey everyone ,

Just came back from some fun with my friend Erin.I actually rapped tonight.To none another than Eminem lose your self.It wasn't totally perfect but it was still pretty good for me.We all had alot of fun.There was some decent people out tonight.Earlier in the day I went with Ninan and Karl and his family to the H2O to do some swimming.Shannah went down the water slide all by herself.It was pretty amazing to witness.Vanessa was telling me that she did earlier in the summer at the slides in Vernon.There is no fear in that child.Joshua and I had fun with the pool noodle in the lazy river ride.He is getting better everyday with his swimming.Ninan read his western philosophy book by the pool.Karl was a hoot as well in the pool.Ninan Mom and Kari went for sushi while I had a nap.He is said he tried the dynamite roll with meeso soup.Awesome for them.Well thats all for now.We will be staying at the Grand Hotel tomorrow night for New Years.I will get to swim there as well and get in a workout.Well if i don't get a chance to write tomorrow.Happy New Year everyone.

Woooh its almost 2010 !!!

Hey Everyone

Well its been way to long.Way to long.So I am here in Kelowna.Its been almost 2 weeks.Will be on Friday.The weather has been stellar.Can't believe all the sunshine.It makes me wonder why left.The only reason was Ninan.I can not survive without him.He is my rock.Don't know what I will do without him in a few days for 2 months.While I have been here I have joined the YMCA H2O gym and pool.It rocks.No running track though.Which totally stinks but hey what can you do.I have fell in love with their treadmills so that is good.They have loads of incline heights. I am thinking about doing a 5km in Florida at WDW. Anyone wanna come and share the expenses ? Found a flight for 208 return from Buffalo? Hehehehe.Well its past midnight here in Kelowna which means like 3 am Ontario time.Yikes.Well please pray for me I am looking for places to sing here in BC and then when I get home to Ontario for a new job.Or maybe more singing if that is what the Good Lord wants me to do.I am also working on some new songs and lyrics.I love it when the music comes.Well Blessings to everyone and all the best in 2010 !!!

Yikes I have been bad

Hey Everyone

Well its been a crazy couple of weeks.I know that is no excuse.Well I am on day 23 and down around 9pds.I feel great.My energy is up and I am sleeping like a baby.And I feel more rested in the morning.I have been doing mostly running on the tread.I feel really relaxed doing again.I am also signing up for the Niagara Falls 10 km again this year.Maybe I will be asked to be the anthem singer once again.That would be wonderful.It was such a honor last year.I really want to better my time this year.Well thats all for now.Its a short one today.

Days 12 & 13 done and done

Word up Everyone

Well two more days are in the bag.Day 12 as in yesterday Ninan pulled out the Cardio Jam Ab Burner.So it was a 40 min dvd but I did it.It was actually alot of fun.I really like the lady instructor she seems really nice and fun.And the music is a awesome.It keeps you going.Today seemed like a marathon day for some reason.I did 2 perms in one day.But both turned out really nice luckily they were both partial perms so the went fast.So yeah.Then it was work at home which was fun actally.For day 13th lucky 13 Ninan pulled out yet another treadmill 30 mins. But at 10pm I hopped on and did 30 mins while watching the Cake Boss show on TLC.And I wasn't even tempted by the show for a piece of cake. I just love watching them make the cakes.One cake they made today was like 400 pds. Man that is alot of cake.Well thats all for now.Off to bed and onto day number 14 , 2 weeks already under my belt.

Day 9, 10 and now 11 Go Heidi Go

Well Hello Everyone

Well the last few days have been pretty sweet.I am feeling good.On Day 9 I did 20 mins of running on the tread and 10 mins of walking together.I was watching Law and Order UK.Then yesterday Ninan pulled out 20 mins of dancing to Slumdog Millionaire.So I waited till I home from work to do it with him.And he actually joined for a few mins.Today I pulled out go for a bike ride.Only problem Its thundering and raining.Boo hoo.So I will have to throw it back in a grab something else.Well I am off to work for a 6.5 hour shift.Pretty long.Hopefully it will be fun and busy.Yesterday was pretty decent.Well this pic is from like 5 mins ago.Day 11 yeah baby yeah.

Day 6 7 and 8 Holly Canoli

Hey Everyone

So I am getting slow on the blog here.Well Days 6,7, and 8 now are done.I am feeling really good about what I have been doing.I feel like I have more happy energy as well.I noticed that on Tuesday at work it was fun again.I really enjoyed myself. I had one of the nicest ladies in.Her name is Ingrid and she is married to Tom.And he is a total sweetheart. She came in for some more low lights again.And there turned out perfectly.I was so pleased.I think that when I am happier it comes through my work and shows.She was over joyed with the outcome.Which any hairdresser will again that a smile on the clients face is a great thing.Krysta and were cracking jokes on each other and laughing alot which is great.Back to the transformation on Day 6 it was Core Synergistics with the Power 90x dvd.And then Day 7 was Power 90 Ab ripper.Both are really tough and make you sweat.And today was my choice and I chose to do a speed walk and some running on the treadmill.I also walked to my doctors appointment because I didn't want to pay the almost 4.00 parking fee.Which is totally rediculous.Well thats all for now.See you all tomorrow.

Day four and Five and 70 posts oh my

Well hello everyone

Well today is a combo day.Yesterday was a exhausting day.I had a long 8 hour shift and yesterday I got up early so I could get my workout in before work.That's right before work.I got treadmill work for the 2nd day in a row.I did 30 mins.It was alot of fun.Then it was off to work from 10-6pm and then home.I had James come in which was awesome.He is such a nice man.I really hope he finds a nice lady to go with him.Then I came home and Ninan and I hung out all evening.I went and got the movie Ramen girl with Brittany Murphy and this total cute Japanese Actor name Sohee Park.Its a style of Japanese cooking.Really neat.Well he plays this character named Toshi. Really sweet together.Then I forgot to write obviously.So here it is Day 5 and I am feel great.I am about to go and do power jam dvd cause that is what I pulled out of the bucket today.Then Ninan and I will hang out once again.Oh and I will check in our sims 3 family.We just had a daughter.Hehehehe.

Day Three and still eager to do this

hey Everyone

Well its day 3 and I am feeling really good.Today Ninan pulled out a walk/run for 30 mins.But since it was rainy and soggy here.I replaced the walk out doors indoors on our treadmill.I did just over 2 miles in the 30 mins.So yeah me.Then I made some lunch for myself which was chicken and veggies with a pinch of Romano cheese.It was so tasty.Then it was off to mail some money off to my parents.Since they paid for my Indian barbie from Ebay but now I have paid for it.I called my mom after that.She said thank you.I appreciate her and my dad alot.Then it was off to work for 5.5 hours at the salon.It was pretty fun.I had some gents in my chair and a couple of regulars.Matt came in.He is such a nice guy.Well then it was home I go to my darling hubby Ninan.So sweet is he.And now I am writing here and then its off to bed.I have a long 8 hour shift tomorrow and I have to get my workout in the morning before I go to work.

Hey Everyone its Day two

Hey Everyone

Well its day 2 of the 90 days.What a feeling I have.I was saying goodbye to Ninan as he went of work today and asked him to pull out what I was to do today and guess what he pulled out.None other than the dvd of Belly dancing.So I did it and it was really fun.I chose the arms and ab section on the dvd.I felt really good after that.Then I had a quick shower and made myself lunch of soup and chicken breast.I am bit weird so I tossed it in my s0up.It tasted really good.Then it was off to work thinking that our big boss Matthew was coming in.But he didn't make it.I had a great night with Krysta.Then Ben and Stephen showed up for a visit.They both looked great.Then I dropped them off due to the rain.I also got do some hair tatooing on Stephen its looks pretty sweet.Then I came home and found out I won my Indian Barbie on Ebay.Yeah.Now I am going to play abit of Sims 3 and then off to bed.Well thats all for now.See you all tomorrow.

Well its back to square one so to speak

Hey Everyone


Well I am starting my 90 day and beyond fitness transformation today.I am armed with my journal, my measurements, my first day photos and my list of things that will be doing fitness wise.I will be putting them up on here.So I can show the world my flaws.And I am totally okay with that.I made a list of about 30 plus things that I have put into a bucket and will draw one everyday so that I won't ever get board.Then at the end of the month I will put them back in and do it again.I even took Ninan's measurements and he has a list of things he will be doing as well.I have went as far as to choose items that I am allowed to have at our local restaurants and fast food places.Diet will be key for me.Being a hairdresser there is no set time to eat.Some days you have to eat standing up.I will be increasing my lean protiens for the first while and continue with the veggies that I already eat.I am also going to try and cut out my pop all together as well.But like a smoker one day at a time.I am eager for any advise on what I am doing and what I may face in the future as in plateau's and hitting the wall as they call in running.I also am going to be running the 10 km Niagara Falls run once again this time to better my time under 1 hour.That means a 1km for every 10 mins or less.Wow what accomplishment that would be.This is also to help me with any future pregnancy's as well.I want a safe delivery and recovery.They say that the better shape you are in before the pregnancy will be a faster outcome for after the baby is born.Well thats all for now.Happy Canada Day everyone and see you tomorrow.I wonder what I will draw tomorrow.Exciting already.

Another Day in Pardise

Well Hello Everyone


Well today was a interesting evening.I got a warning call from a friend the day before about something coming today.And it came true.So I am going down swinging at work I guess.It was a extremely long day too.I worked an extra 2 hours due to Grad updo's galore.Of course everyone showed up at the same time and there were only 2 of us on.So it was crazy busy.But I made it through.I also realized today that I need to make some changes about myself that are going to be very hard.One thing is my physical.If I want to have kids I need to bring my weight down.I am looking into another run of some sort and give myself a new goal.I did that in 2007 with my half marathon in NYC.Maybe I will start training for the half marathon once again next year in NYC.And maybe Ninan will come and join me this time.I took my mother and it was such a awesome time.I love traveling with her.She tries anything.Well I have look around for a new goal. And also I just got a new pair of NB running shoes from my wonderful mother in law.Thanks mom.A really nice surprise.Due to I had to retire my other runners.Well thats all for now.I will let you all in on my other things that I need to change in the next while.Well that's she wrote for now.

Hey Everyone

Wow its once again been awhile since I have written.Well things are going along at home and at work.I am still working towards saving my money for the demo production.I have talked to several border peeps and they tell me that I will have to pay duty at around 200.00.So OM goodness now I have to save more.What am going to do.Well I know the good Lord will take care of me.I am now waiting to hear from Kingdom Bound Ministries to see if I have a spot in the finals.I will let everyone know either way.I hope its a yes.Work has been ok I guess.A bit stressful for sure.That's why tonight I played sims 3 to get my mind untangled.Well thats all for now.I have church tomorrow and need to be bright eyed and bushy tailed.Talk to you all real soon.

Hey Everyone

I am so sorry that I haven't written in the last few days.Lots of things have happened.Well I came home from BC.But I was delayed almost 2 hours on the run way with no food or drink and then after almost 1 15 mins the ladies came around with water.They also turned off the air too.Due the computer problem they had.It was maddening. But I made it home.Then it was time to work and as of tomorrow it will be my 6th day in a row.But I need the money and I like to work as well.I have some my returning clients come in which is always a plus.I've had some interesting ones as well. Everyone for the most part have been awesome. I got to see Dora and Kelly today which was nice.Kelly is Dalton's mom. Really nice lady.I get to see Dalton tomorrow for a cut.Which will be nice.I haven't seen him in a while. I am going to try and see the movie The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds this weekend.It looks way to funny for words.It would be so hard to keep a straight face with Ryan and with Betty White as well. I hope tomorrow is a super busy day.Oh last night I watch Henry Poole was Here. What a neat movie with Luke Wilson.He was awesome once again.Well enough about movies. Thats all for now.

Well We are home again

Well Hello Everyone

Well it was a fun filled weekend.My mom and I drove down to Vancouver for an audition and then singing at Broadway. Well the audition went smoothly. It was tons of fun. I met some really nice people in line. So that was really cool. Mom and I had fun using the new Magellan. We named her Maggie. She has a very pleasant voice and very easy to follow.I told ninan about the gps unit and said that is the one we should get. I also got to see Phoebe and Brad and my buddy Ethan. He is super sweet.We also got to see Helen Phoebe's momma. She looked great. We had her plum cake and coffee.It was nice. Then her and my mom fell asleep on the couch and the chair while Ethan had a nap.I went off to van for the audition. I went to a vintage store after I found a really neat pin for Ninan and great 70's / 80 caftan top from the Philippines. Its really pretty with lots of bright colors. Then Phoebe and I tried to watch a movie but then it happened. Phoebe's cat Harley found a skunk and scared under the porch and it sprayed him and all over the porch. Which then went into the house and stunk up the place for hours and made vomit a little.It even got into our clothes.I had a wicked headache and with momma's snoring I actually booted her out of the room. She slept downstairs in the stench. The worst part was phoebe had her open house today. Then it was off to Broadway to church. It was awesome.I got to sing with Jackie, Mark and Jan. It was like old times. Phil also helped me with the song which turned out perfectly. I got to see Jackie, Brodie, Richard, Jonathan, and his wife, Brandon, Georgia ,Mr and Mrs. James, Carey ,Mr and Mrs. Horban, Marnie and her girls she is married to Mark, Darren and so many others.It was super awesome to be back once again.I hope to do it everytime that I am in town. Then  it was off to Kelowna.We stopped to see Phoebe and Ethan at the Mc Donald's that was by her mom's place and on the way home.To have some lunch and hangout a bit longer. It was nice and hard for me to go. I miss her. I have known her the longest. She has stuck by me and I will always stick by her. We took lots of pictures on the way home off all the mountains and rock formations and anything else we thought was picture worthy.Well thats all for now.

Honey I am here

Well Hello everyone

I am here in BC once again. The flight was awesome.I met again some really awesome people.I gave out about 30-40 slips for people to vote.So I am hoping they will. Then my daddy was to pick me up at the airport. We skipped over to Karl and Vanessa's house to her and the kids that were home. I hung out with Shannah and Kate and also got to meet Raine. What a doll. Then we headed back to mom and dads to get unloaded.I then had a wonderful cat nap. Then it was off to see Josh and see him play in his soccer game.He did super awesome. He got tripped really bad and also got slight case of heat exhaustion. Then Karl and I hung out and watched the movie He's just not that into you. It was definitely funny in parts. And strange in others. But overall a good rental. I am glad I waited till it was a rental. Tomorrow I am going to see UP once again but this time with Josh for his birthday. It should be awesome.I can't wait to see the short movie again. I loved it. Well thats all for now.I get to see Erin tomorrow at Karaoke at Freddy's and see the usual suspects as well. Wow it's June 1 st already

Hey everyone

So only 2 more sleeps till I am at my parents place.I am really happy to see and hang out with my parents.And see the kids.Dad is taking me out on the boat first thing when I get there.So thats awesome.I haven't been on it yet.I love going on boats.We are also going to head off to Van on Saturday.And I get to sing at Broadway.Pretty sweet deal.I had a great day at the salon.I colored my hair once again.To try and get it a nice all over color.I am hoping that it finally worked.I watch the bachelorette tonight.There are 2 guys on their trying to get something out of the show.Once is Wes.Hes a wannabe country singer.He stinks.And the other is Juan that guy is as real as a rubber bill.Hes is so fake.But hey it makes for great tv.Well thats about it for now.I am busy tomorrow.Sam is coming in for a cut and Gert is coming in for a perm and Margaret is coming for her treatment once again.And I find out my test results.Little nervous about that.Then its one more night till Kelowna.I am looking forward to the sun and getting some rays.Hope I don't burn.

Wow number 60 and I did another good deed today

Well Hello Everyone

Well today was a great day at the salon.I got the call about going over to Walmart to do the cut for Cancer that I donated my time for.Which turned out to be awesome.I met a really nice lady named Amanda.She was the one donating her hair.She had been growing her hair for 17 years.She is really young too.So once I looked at her hair I noticed a lot of split ends and was like do you mind if we move up the line abit she was nervous but said sure.She is a super lady.I really like her.She then came into the shop and I finished up the cut and she even let me layer her abit more.I told her that she and her oldest daughter I am sure of it are going to be asked if they are sisters.I think I took 10 years off her.I also cut another little girls hair too.I gave her a bob with a slight angle.She was so worried over Amanda and was like are you ok.She is so caring.Our Wallyworld is the best.I then went back to work and cut Joe's son Nicks hair.He is such a nice young man.His parents did a great job.And then I came home and Ninan and I finally got the sunflowers planted and these tape flowers I bought.We also planted the roses beside the house.I just hope with the rain and thunder and lightening they are still standing in the morning.Well thats all for now.

Hey Everyone

Well I was up late last night and got to tired to write.Well another day at the office ( in my case salon ).I had the most coolest girl come in called Alicia.She is super awesome and has the nicest mom and baby boy.Her baby who is 7 months day was awesome.He never really cried or made any loud noises.Brennan rocks.I had only a few people today due to 2 colors back to back.Which both turned out awesome.Except I want to brighten up the one pink hl that's right I wrote pink hl on Alicia.I was bit worried when she said pink.But she has the right attitude to pull it off.I just hope all her timmies workers do as well.I gave her a Kate Gosselin haircut as well but I blended the back hair abit more so it looks more like 1 hair cut and not 2.Well I watched a bit of SYTYCD and it was awesome once again.Mia was on tonight.She is my favorite choreographer.Her dances are like what you see in dreams but in their heads.Always leaves you wanting more.Well thats all for now.Ninan and I are going to see UP tomorrow the new disney 3 d movie.

Hi Everyone

Well today was yet another long shift.Two 8 hour shifts back to back is hard.But it was fun to close with Kristina once again.I have so much fun with her.I also got a trim and some new layers put in.It was a pretty slow day.But my client Margaret came in.She is too cute for words.She really liked my scalp massage.I said that's great.I also got to work on another nice lady named Holly.I believe.She was cracking jokes, so was I.I like to have fun with the clients.Her husband Meryl was like can you cut her hair like mine and he was bald.I was like no cause we only want one person to look like you and that's you.He was like thank you.We did end up going pretty short.She really like it.I then came home to my boo Ninan.He is such a sweet heart.I phoned home to get him to make my veggies that I love and he did.I am too blessed.Well that's all for today.

I love my work

Hey Everyone

Well today was a good day.I got up a bit late.I had a nightmare last night.I was dreaming that we had birds in our house and they were trying to scare us out.And I was also holding Ninan's had and in my dream I thought it was a rat chewing my hand.And no I didn't eat to late or before bedtime.Sometimes my dreams are so vivid.Work was a lot of fun today.I got to see Erin for abit before she cut out at 2.Then it was me and Liz till 3 and then Kristina came in.We had some really nice people in.I got hang with this kid who is 8 years old with the mind of a 30 year old.He thinks way outside the box.Which is great.But I could tell he wears his momma down sometimes.But so would any kid for that matter.I am getting excited about going home for a week.I did some shopping yesterday and I got the girls a nice outfit each.And my Dad's fathers day present.I am excited about staying over at Phoebe' house.Too cool.And that's about it.Talk to you all soon.

So my feet are cramping like Eagle Talons

Hey Everyone

So yesterday was the amazing race with the church.We raised in all just shy of 10000 and over 8000 pds of food.Well the day started by me picking up Jason and Kristine from there home and then off to the church.We made final attempt to collect some more food.And we successful.We then headed off to the church to find Brian and get our food weighed in.We were in big shock one team had 2 trucks full of food.Over 2600 pds to be exact.I was blown away.Then we went to timmys for some team strategy.I also gave everyone their pair of glasses to wear at the dinner.It was a big hit.Then 11 am rolled around and it was time for sign in and team picture time.We met some great people while waiting in line.It was then the trash talking started.Hehehehe.Then high noon rolled around and it was time for the game to start.We got the rules and then our 1 st clue via video from Bill.The answer was one word female clue were bangles and queen.So you get Cleopatra.And we were off.Then clue number 2 was the killer for us.Which was we needed to find Charles and Dailey together and where there is a promanade.Then we realized it was Charles daily Park.So switching course we went in search of it.One there 2 people had to hit the water and 2 had to build.Kristine was in the water right away her hubby Jay was right behind her.Brian and I had the task to build it.But it all worked out.Then it was off to this church and the armory.Where we had to some tactical moves.Lift tires and slide on our elbows and slide across the floor on our stomachs.Then some drills.Then we waited and waited and waited.For the next leg which is where I had my personal moment.I got do some fireperson training.I had to suit up and then run over and use the hose to shoot water at this giant tub and walk along pushing across this line that was like 50 feet away.Then I had to make sure that I shut the water off or I was delayed.Which didn't matter because we were in last place then I had to drag a 120 pd person about 25 feet.With all the gear on still.It was awesome.Then came the worst part of the whole race.We had to listen to this audio cd get to the next place it was very annoying and very dangerous at times.I did get very frusterated with it.But we made and it was this farm where we ran down the steps and the smell came up as you walked down the stairs.Kristine tried to drink the menu cocktail which was cottage cheese,goat cheese,spinach, hot sauce and the kicker chicken hearts.Brian stepped and got the job done in like 10 seconds it was rediculus that he could do that.Then it was off to learn some dance moves by this young Viking Girls cheer leaders. We failed the once and then got it the next time.Then it was off to sign in when my accident happened I was backing out to move the car closer to the second part of the challenge .And bang I hit this parked car.Luckly there was no damage to mine or their car.We checked in for our madatory 15 min break and then it was off to tug a war.That killed us as well.We lost all 3 times.But we tried.Then it was back on the road to our next destination which was at a dump site that has now a park.We found clues in the park then had to run over to this dock where the clue said you'll be singing there is a hole in my bucket dear liza.So yes there was holy bucket then it was up to the crest of this hill thing and then down again.Then we got our next clues.Peaks indoor climbing wall.We are grateful to Ninan for being home and at computer at the time to give us the exact address.

Then it was back in St.Catharine's to climb.Jason stepped up to do it.He's light and agile and did it with total ease.Then we got the last all though we didn't know it at the time of the clues.It was a arieal shot of some place.Well I for sure didn't know.Then we followed another team and they did adventually lose us we got stuck behind a smart that decieded to slow down after we tried to pass.Well as we finally did figure out where we needed to go.We got the call saying come back it's time to eat dinner.So with sadden heart sandy and wet bodies we headed to the farm.We had a nice meal and then it was time to head home.What a great day.

Today at church was alot fun.The service was awesome.Greg once again chose some awesome songs.I also handed out about 30 posters and told people to vote.I am going to try and get it into the bullentin at the church this week.Well thats all for now.I am looking forward to doing the amazing race once again.It was a blast.

Well today was a very long day.It was crazy busy.We had to turn people away.And the salon was a wreck but Krysta was a great help and took care of it.I had a really nice lady named Beverly in and she really liked her color and so did I.I also did a wash and flat iron on this lady named Dodie.She was super nice.She had super long blond hair.But it looked amazing.I like it when its busy because then the time flies.I also got my posters made to get votes for the contest.I hope I get one of the 5 spots.I even had people from India voting.So we shall see.I am going to bring some posters for Vancouver and Kelowna.Well thats all for now.I have the amazing race tomorrow.Yeah.It should be alot fun.Well talk to you all tomorrow.

Today was awesome !!!

Hello Everyone

Well today was a pretty sweet.I did the dishes and made some really great lunch.I also got to watch a really good episode of WNTW and the cut on the lady was really nice.I thought that she till look liked her self just only better.I also had the fun task of cutting a about 1.5 year.His name was Kaidan.Well every time his mom would say cut he would start screaming.So I told her I like the word trim better for kids under 5 cause when they hear cut they think of pain.I also had a nice lady named Debbie.She was super awesome.Then I came home and watch the last half of SYTYCD.There was one girl from last year she did super.Her name was Natalie.She owned that stage.Which was fun to see.And now I am going to bed once again at a very late time.Oh well.

Well hello everyone

well today was weird and nice at the same time.I had my medical thing this morning which went very well.I went under and woke up in another spot which was a first for me.I felt a little dizzy and my bp was a bit low.But Ninan was right there.I realized that I only went 24 hours without food and there are millions out there that do that on a daily basis.I am way to blessed.Especially me I have my best friend and husband rolled into one.He took part of the day off to drive me home and watch me so that I didn't fall down or hurt myself.He even made me dinner once again.I am truly a blessed woman.I am collecting food for this Saturday and I want to collect as much as I can.I even picked up some medical and dental supplies.I think people forget about that as well.That teeth are so important to your health.Just like eyes your teeth can tell you alot about a person.Well I planned to do a fast every couple of months.For both religious and personal reasons.I maybe grouchy on those days.I was yesterday.I am sorry mom.But I need to remind myself that its not about me its about taking care of others.And I want to continue doing that with my charity work.Thanks for reading.

I feel so strange and empty

Well hello everyone


Today has been a weird day for me. I have been preparing my body for a medical treatment tomorrow and I have no solid food since like 11 am.And I am not allowed solid food till after the procedure.So I will go without food for over 24 hours.I had to drink this terrible liquid and feel really cold and I look like a zombie.I have no color.Luckily its my day off tomorrow.Well I will write more tomorrow.I need to go get some sleep.Please say a prayer for me.

Sunshine shine down on me

Hello Everyone

Well today was a wonderful day.I got to sleep in a bit and with Ninan.Which was so awesome.Happy Victoria Day to everyone.I also got to start my front yard job.I want to add some curb appeal to our home.So I am putting a small garden in the front of the house.And if you know me I have a black thumb.But I am going to try.Hey why not.I also did a good deed today.I helped a stranger pick out some flowers for his cousins.He was like this so awesome that their are still nice people around here.I was like I love to help people.He smiled.The cashier was a bit shocked I am sure.I ran into Sara and her family.And also Mike I think his name was.He was funny.I got these really easy to plant flower seeds.There are on strips so you can't go wrong.Hehehe.We shall see how good they work.I am excited to see the outcome.I also got smart and used the bricks that were lining the inside of the garage.I love free.Well got to run I write once again tomorrow.Blessings to you all.

Hey everyone

So today was a busy day.I went the first service at the church and it was awesome.It was on how to find your perfect soul mate.Bill had some great points and funny things to say as well.Then it was home I go and then off to work for a nice 4 hour shift.I did just over 29.00 hr.So too bad.It was a blast working with Erin.Then her some Matthew came by for a visit.He has totally changed.And getting so big.He's at the repeat and also following around time.Then it was back to home and then off to see Angels and Demons book with Tom Hanks reprising the role as Dr.Langdon.Ninan had a great time.Then we quickly made a trip down to Clifton hill singing at Karaoke and then the midway.That was blast too.Well got to run.

Man Alive my neighbor is an idiot

Well hello everyone

Well my neighbor's son is an idiot it's like 10:50 pm and he is lighting off firecrackers right beside the power pole that is in the backyard.I mean come one.Its too late for this crap.And its too close.I wish I had the guts to call the non emergency police number.But I won't.Well today at the salon it was busy.I had alot of regulars come in.It was nice.I 've been warning people about my possible leave in winter.And I told Kristina my co-worker that all my clients will be coming to her.If not me then her.They all seem really happy for me.I am totally excited to go.Even trying out is going to be a great experience.Well sorry it's so short.But it is.Well he better not keep going.Oh and they ride there atv till all hours of the night as well.Its like get a bigger yard or go somewhere else.Enough about that subject.

Hello Everyone

Well today was crazy busy.I worked hard today.We had 11 people signed up before 10 am.So we new it was going to be a nutty day.But it was fun.I think I kept my voice down because Colleen my manager had a sinus headache.I had a few regulars in it was nice.Last night was fast too.I made up for tues the evil dreaded slow tuesday.I will make more than my hourly wage once again.I am going in on Sunday to help out because I have a short week next week.And I need the hours.This is my spending money for Vancouver.I am also hording all my tips as well.Well thats all for now.Tonight is the finale for Ghost Whisperer.Its should be good.I don't believe in ghosts ro the paranormal but I love Jennifer Love Hewitt.She rocks.Well talk to you all later.

Hey Everyone

Well today was a productive day.I got up showered.Cause smelling clean is a good thing.I found our fourth for our Amazing race team.Hes a great guy named Brian.He'll be good for the eating stuff.Then it was off to chapters to pick up my books.Except they only had 2 out of 3 books.And of course the one I need to read first out of the 3 is one not in yet.I got Ninan a really nice surprise I bought him 2 Simpson Comic books.They look like a funny read.I also bought this really cute book mark that says shhhh I am reading.To funny.Then I walked over to Zellers to take a peek at there Olympic stuff.I bought a great t-shirt that says Carpool to Vancouver with the three mascots in the little car.I also got my yoga mat that I needed for like 10 bucks.I quickly checked out winners too but nothing looked good.I did see a neat game for Karl's kids that could be fun it was a outdoor sprinkler air hockey game.It looked cool.I then went to my meeting with Mike and rest of the people that were signing up to be Volunteers for the church.It was short and sweet.Then it was off to home to watch AI and ANTM.Well the winner for ANTM was Teyona which I think was the wrong choice.I thought Allison was way better.And America got it right with AI it s show down between the Rocker and Pop Kid.Adam vs. Chris.It should be a great show.Even Katy Perry showed who she likes she had Adam Lambert on her Elvis inspired bejewelled cape.Well we shall see next week.

Hellllllloooo Out there

Well its me again.Well today was a nice day.I woke early enough to watch some tv and then went into work early.I had a perm to do first thing.She was a very nice lady.I had nice chat with her while we permed her up.Then it was terribly slow after that.Luckily I was on with Kristina.I really enjoy working with her.She makes me laugh.She is a nice friend of mine and I like her a lot.I don't have to many friends here in town and she is one my favorites.We talked and flipped frogs out the door and then went got them.One lost a eye.It was sad and funny at the same time.I wonder which kid will pick that one.I went and got a ice coffee and sprinkle donut for her from Timmy's.Then it was time to go home.But before that she gave me some new side bangs.Ninan really likes them too and it was then he finally noticed my hair color had changed.It took him less than a week this time.Too funny.Well I have the day off tomorrow.Yeah.Not sure what I am going to do.I know I have to watch AI that Ninan so graciously taped for me.And he taped fringe for me too.I have the greatest husband.I love him.Well that's all I wrote for today.

Hello everyone

Well today was a another really fast day at work.I opened by myself and then we had a slow start and then once Liz came everyone decided to show up.Then we got busy and the of course it died down.I was happy with my tips and the people who came and sat in my chair.I met one really nice man he is laying his mom to rest tomorrow.He was in pretty great spirits.Super nice and joked that I should do his mom's eulogy.How funny would that be.Then I went of to Canadian tire to look at patio stuff and then solar lights.Too expensive there.Then it was off to Zellers.I found a Wicked outfit for the audition.And then I found really nice solar lights there in like a bronze color.Then it was off to home and now I am sitting here.Ninan and I watched Big Bang Theory together.I love that show.They always make me laugh.Well thats all for now.

Happy Mother's Day

hello everyone

Well Happy Mothers day to all the mothers and expecting mothers as well.What a nice day it was.I went off to church this morning and was on the worship team.It was alot of fun.I got to sing with Patricia and Greg.And then was asked to sing with Greg and Adam in a song,Which turned out awesome.So for mothers day they donated what would have been a small gift for all the moms they made a donation instead to a orphanage in Africa.How sweet is that.I am sure the church could have spent 2-3000 so that will be a nice surprise to the Orphanage.I then bought some lovely purple mums from the teens cause they are going on a missions trip.I am going to try and plant them as well somewhere in the yard.Erica told me they need sun.I am going to clarify with her that do they need total sun or some shade as well.I have a black thumb.I kill plants.So I want to atleast try and do it right.I ordered some books from Chapters and then came home.Ninan and I watched the Simpsons tonight together.It was fun till I broke bowl I was putting my icecream in.What a waste of heavenly hash icecream.I did get some laundry done and was able to iron 3 out of 5 sets of clothes for Ninan.I love to iron for some reason.It's very calming for me.I also watched the mentalist.What a cool show.Well thats all for now.I just want to wish all the moms a huge thank you.

What Rush I am having today.., wonder if it's the coffee

Hey Everyone

Well today was a great day.I got up early and went to work.It was such fun working with Danielle.I did some fabulous Low lights on this lady named Sue.She is such a nice lady.I also ran into Dalton and his mother.She is too funny.I had some great people in my chair today.It made the day go that much faster.I also got my hair colored.It looks pretty good.I have a few people coming back tomorrow.So that will be good.Then I came home and hung out with Ninan.We watched some tv together.He made me these fab veggies for dinner.And then we both had a craving for ice cream.So Ninan ran down to Wallyworld for a few mins.And then we watched Chasing Liberty the movie with Mandy Moore.She a good actress.Her pouty look is totally believable.His name is Matthew Goode.He has the body of young Tom Cruise in Top Gun and the look of Rupert Everett.Well enough about that.I am off to sleep.One day closer to Mother's Day.

Well another day has ended and I am so thankful for the sun that was shining and having a car that works and having a job that pays my bills and having air in my lungs and having a wonderful man to call my own and God who loves me.Thats powerful stuff.It sounds like I am greedy.I am truly blessed.I got the email conformation about the Olympic Audition.Too cool.I got my airline ticket yesterday.I also got the time off from work and with both my Boss and district bosses best wishes.I want this so bad.I also sent a email to my former Music pastor about singing at my old home church while I was there and he has graciously said yes.He is awesome.And I may even debut one of my songs as well.How cool is that.Well I am off to sleep.My mom is off to La La land as well except she is going to the real La La land California.With our sweet cousin Katie.Talk to you all soon.

Hey Everyone

Well I am over 40 .... blogs that is.Woo hoo.Well today I got some great news.I actually heard from the casting team for the open and closing ceremonies of the Olympics.And I am in.I have an audition.I can't tell you the date or where but I will say I am in.My boss was so awesome and gave me a week off to see my family and go and do this.It's one my dreams coming true.I am saving all my tips to do this and do it right.I am too excited for words.I have my doctors appointment tomorrow with the GI guy.So we will see what he says and also get my next appointment as well.Man this is going to be a busy month. I am also going to start my power 90x this Friday.I have some motivational sayings for the wall and also I bought these post its that I am going to pull off one wall and place on the other for the complete 90 days.I can't wait to see what happens.I have to take my first day photos as well.So follow along for that as well.Thats all for now.I will keep you all posted.

Well that was easy !!

Hey Everyone

Well today was a pretty average day.I got up did some laundry and made some breakfast and lunch before work.And then was off to the salon.It was fun tonight.I got to hang with Erin and Kristina before they ran out of the place.And I had James in my seat for the first time in like months.Oh and Rob too.It was fun to see some returning peeps.Krysta came later at 3pm and the rest of the night just flew by.I sold again another solid day of retail.I also got the 23rd off.Yeah now I can do the amazing race at my church that day.Should be a lot of fun.We just need a 4th for the team.Then I watched 90210 and now I am here and about to hit the hay.

Hey Everyone

So Today my brother flew back home to BC.And I was to sick to go and see him off.But my loving husband did.I am so blessed yo call him my own.He also made me dinner today as well.He is truly too good for words.I watched a really cute movie call Chestnut the Hero of Central Park.Its with Amber Breslin from like 2005 so before little miss sunshine.She is such and amazing actress.I just hope that she will stay grounded and not fall into the childhood actors pit falls.I loved her in Kitt Kittridge the American Girl movie with Chris O'Donnell one my favorite male actors.So cute.Loved him in Circle of Friends with Minnie Driver.That was pretty much my day.I just hope that work goes well tomorrow and we are busy.

Oh my I am burnt

Hey Everyone

So My brother Karl and I hung out today on this most glorious day.It was awesome.We started out by sleeping in.Then it was off Niagara Falls for the afternoon.We soon realized I had left my wallet in my car which Ninan had used to go to Toronto for the day.Oh boy.Thats ok.We first parked the car and then moved onto the Maid of the Mist.I tell you its the best money spent in Niagara Falls.We met some lovely people in line from Buffalo and Stuttgart Germany.I love meeting nice people.Then Karl and I ran up for the front of the top part of the boat.Awesome spot.We took loads of pictures and then we got closer to the falls and then the rains came.It was refreshing and chilly at the same time.It felt like we were in the falls.It was totally awesome.Memories to hold dear to for a long time.My brother and I don't get spend too much time together and let alone... alone.It was nice getting to know him once again as adults.He is without a doubt a wonderful man and brother.We then went on the hunt for little surprises.Too fun.We found some neato items.Then we trudged up the hill and stop at the Garden and I got sing one song for Karl.I did Beyonce's Listen from Dreamgirls.It went really well.Then it was off to the top of Clifton hill to the watch the Haunted Mine Cart and the Flying Carpet ride.The Mine cart was way better but still fun.Then it was back down the hill and across the street for Dippin Dots.I love them.Then it was off to find Vanessa ( Karl's wife) her gift and I really hope she likes it.Then we went to one my favorite stores Wallyword ( aka Walmart) for some new shoes for Karl and my Post it notes for my work outs.I bought yesterday the Power 90x.Its so worth the money.Then we came home and I quickly showed Karl the Fort in Fort Erie and where the war of 1812 was.He was impressed.Then it was home we go ( about 2 mins) down the road.Karl watched the hockey game Canucks lost.Boo hoo.And now I am hitting the hay for we are getting up in lass than 6 hours to take Karl to Toronto to go home.What a day.

Mom I have a tummy ache !!

Hey Everyone


Well things were okay in the morning.I woke up had my breakfast as usual.Now my tummy was bit sore for the last few days but I went to work all happy to work.And while I was at the bank it really started to hurt and I couldn't breath.It was horrible.I had to leave work and drive myself over to the Hospital by myself.I was given great instructions from one my favorite bank tellers.What a place to get directions.But I really love them there at TD.I feel apart of the family there.Then I went on my way and actually made it there.I sat for over 4 hours in the waiting room and then over 3.5 ours in the er and then was seen by a very nice doctor.Who explained things very clearly and then wrote me a scrip and we left.Ninan came and joined me from about 7 pm on.We left at little after 11.I had not eaten since 12:30 pm.So I was hungry.So we went to Timmy's and then home we went.I really am tired of the stomach stuff.But God never gives us more than we can handle.Well here's to having my brother over for the weekend.Should some good times.It was great seeing him yesterday.Well toodles.

i don't wish I was 17 again !!!

Hey Everyone

Well work was pretty good.I had some really nice people in my chair.The night went really fast.I made some decent tips.I finished a few more chapters of Breaking Dawn the final book in the Twilight series.I am having a hard time reading from another character's perspective cause the rest of the series in the girls mind Bella.I finished the other books really fast this one is taking longer.Maybe cause its the largest of the four.And carry's the weight of being the final book.Then after work I went out with Angela to see the movie 17 again hence the name of today's blog.I would not want to go back to high school.I loved school just not high school. I got along with most of the students.But still a big fat no on that one.The movie was surprisingly good.I loved all the smaller characters that is what made the movie great.Well my eyelids are dropping I guess its time to hit the hay.

Hello out there

Well sorry I was gone for a few days.I had church yesterday and we got to see Ninan's family.It was fun.I hung out with the boys and the girls.Everyone was in good spirits.I love my family.But I miss my own family all the time.I am lucky though my brother is here but at a hotel in Mississauga.I am going to call him tomorrow.He is coming over on the weekend.Its going to be awesome.Well work was fun today.I opened by myself and it went well.I went and picked up my new contacts at Walmart.I also bought some new mousse and some sparkle gel.I need it for updo's.Also for me too.I watched the movie Make it Happen which is a double for Center Stage Turn it up.Well they are similar but the young girl is this version is way better.She is a great connection with dancing.It made me think that I need to start dancing again.So I am going to look for a nice school around here or in Niagara Falls..Too cool.I love to Dance.Well thats it for now.

Well today was yet another great day at the shop.I had my dear friend Angela in for a HL and cut.It turned out really cool.We did blond and mocha brown.And then I trimmed up her hair.She loved it.Then just before her I had this lovely lady named Fran.She will be get this 95 in August.She looks great.She was such a sweetie.I even got to hug her.I am going to ask if I can come her party the next she is in.I think it would be a hoot to go.Then I went and picked up my pictures from Samantha's house.They are all awesome.Even the funny ones.Her son is so cute and smart.I hope we have a kid like that.Well I hope tomorrow is another busy day.I am going out for a bit with Angela.Should be alot of fun.Well thats all she wrote for now.God is good, Ninan loves me and my parents are happy and thats all that matters.

Oh please just let it not rain

Hello Peeps

Well today was a very strange day.I had a doctor's apt at 11 am.I asked so many questions and I think I actually got some answers from my doctor.Yeah.Its nice when you ask someone a question and they are actually able to answer it.Then I headed off to curves which was fun.We discussed so many things but the one that I remember is the one about Miss California.She rocks in my opinion.I am so glad that she stuck to her guns.And I agree that God has something greater for her out there.Then I had rehearsal for Sunday at Church.Should be another great Sunday.yeah !!.We are doing a newer Lincoln Brewster song.Then I came home and watched ANTM and AI with Ninan.I am so mad that Anoop went home.He is super awesome and fab singer.He is going to have a career I just know it.He is going to have girls all over him too.Hehehe.Now I am sitting in front of the computer writing this blog.I am starting to like writing again.I have written many poems and short stories in the past.Its nice to see words come to life.Well thats all for now.I am off to bed.Need my beauty sleep.Blessings

I'am going to go crazy

Well today was a crazy day.I slept in way to much.And was up way to late.Work was dumb.I got written up for something was a little bit serious but also a joke.It was a great day for really nice people who made the day go alot better and faster.I just wanted to get out there as soon as possible.I have finally figured out the game at least at my job.You can't trust anyone.Except for yourself and even then sometime you lie to yourself.I just wish sometimes that I could just go and crawl under a rock.I am so glad that my music stuff is working out and is going to take me away.i don't like to fight or rock the boat.But that road is not be found right now.Well thats all for now.BH 90210 was good.I will watch the tape of AI tomorrow that Ninan taped for me.What a sweetie.

Rain is Here Spring is Here

hey Everyone

Well the rains came down today.Which was a nice that it came the next day after the MS run.We had a lot of fun yesterday.Today at work was interesting.I went early knowing that I would need to hit the bank for change then my eye went all wonky so I stopped at home and changed into my glasses.I was worried cause I don't wear my glasses all that much.So I was worried about my cutting.But it worked out great with everyone.I had a really nice lady in named Charlotte.She was super nice.We did some cap h/l. Then I went and got the money order fro Curves.I am still abit mad over that fact that only me and one other person did it.Oh well there is always next year.I forgot to get my bag of accessories.Will have to get them tomorrow.Ninan and I hung out and watched our usual Monday night shows except they were all re-runs.So we watched DWTS.There were some outstanding ones tonight.Well that's all for now.Talk to u all soon.

Work was rockin'

Hello Everyone

Well work was rockin' today.I just hope that i don't get into to much trouble for not taking a break.i did close to 300 and I came on at noon.I am still not 100 % but I gave a great effort to be on my game.I made a decent amount of tips which was nice.Considering yesterday I made like nothing.I had some of my favorites in the chair.Adam and Jd came by which was a nice surprise i got to do some detailing on JD.It was not as clean as I wanted it to be.I just need more practice.He wants me to do this logo called Famous.So I am going to practice drawing and the cutting it out.It will take some time.I also had some nice new people in my chair.This lady from Walmart super nice.She has a sweet pug dogie.She was telling me that somebody had dropped it off in the middle of the road.She had stop traffic to get her.But she called around and nobody wanted her.So she kept her.What a lovly story.I then came home and hung out with Ninan.And now I am typing on here.I have the MS walk tomorrow.Should be alot of fun.I will have pictures.

Well i am up late once again.I can't sleep.I stayed home from work.I had a temp last night but today it left.Yeah.I also got to see a few of the pics from the photo shoot on wed.Wow is all I can say.I have my cover shot and a back shot.Samantha did an amazing job.She really caught the real Heidi.I know that the people who by my CD will be impressed.Well I better get some shut eye.I have to get back to work tomorrow.I am getting better.I know it.My throat is subsiding as well.So that's another blessing.Again if you want to pre-order you CD let me know.I will put you down on the paid list.Well I hope that work will be fun and lots of laughter.No cattiness allowed.Anyways I also watched One Night with the King once again.It's the story of Ester.I really love the movie.I am glad that we have at our church.Rent it or buy it.Its a must see or own.

well as you can see by the title I am sick.I think it's been coming for awhile now.It really sucks.My stomach even my hair hurts.I stuck it out at work till 4 pm.Work was fun though.I met a really nice lady named Kelly.She is really sweet.She has had rougher than I have had in the last few months.So I am really counting my blessings.Well I am going to crawl back under the covers.Sorry its so short.

Well today was awesome.I woke up early to get ready for today which was the photo shoot finally with Samantha.She is super awesome.Well I picked her up at around 930 am and then we headed off to St.Catharine's to the church.I did 2 outfits there and loads of pics.Some in the pews some at the piano.Really nice combo's.We then stopped off at Ninan's for a quick hello and then to Niagara Falls for Photos at the Botanical garden.Wow that is beautiful.I want to take Ninan's family there in June like Samantha has suggested then it will be in high bloom.We took loads of pictures once again with a couple more changes in outfits.All the while feeling totally comfortable and excited.She loves light and I like being a bit goofy.There were even a couple of friends who decided to make them self known.Our friend Mutt and Geoff these Canadian geese.They were honking so loud at one another and you could tell the one was mad at the other.Then we headed home and I dropped her off and the I went and hit Wallyworld.I picked up a new game for my sims and then headed home.What a glorious day.Except now I have a really sore throat and I feel kind of run down.So we will see how I feel tomorrow.My shift got changed again to 3-9 pm.So I can atleast sleep in.I am excited to see what becomes of the pictures and what I will choose for the album.The name has been picked out and it rocks.No I won't be spilling the beans on the name till it comes out.But you can pre-order at the cost of 10.00.Please email me and I will take care of the rest.

Me likey the kids

Well hello Everyone

Well today was a awesome day.Ninan and I finished cleaning up the house and went and did the shopping.I got a couple of new bins for storage.Also got some new scented candles.We bought Ninans mom the same candle holder as we have its the scented oil candle.Then at about 430 the whole crew came over.It was nice to have the house full.We played in the backyard for 25 mins and them came inside.It was nice to be in the sun and fresh air with the kids.They liked it.We played freeze tag.Then we came inside and the all the adults left.I know they enjoyed that.We did too.We had couple of ppl stayed behind to help out.Four kids are alot.We had a easter egg hunt.And the kids loved it.Then we watched Journey to the Center of the Earth.That was pretty awesome.Shreya came right over and hugged and kissed me.And Shalini came and sat with me and climbed all over me and hid behind me on the scary parts.It was sweet.The boys really liked the movie so did I.Then we opened the small gifts that we got them.Polly pocket for Shalini, Dora for Shreya and the boys Kevin and Shawn these robot mega block toys.And we got them a group toy of the iq 20.They loved it.Then later we made pizza and ate that.The kids ate.I just wish they lived closer.But I am sure they feel the same with us.Then we played buzz on Ps 2 with all three of the bigger kids.I was in the lead and then they had to go.We took some more pictures as they all left.It was a wonderful day.Ninan was all tuckered out.Oh and we took a ton of pics on the camera on the computer.Too funny.Well thats all for now.


Prayers are with my friend and co-worker Erin as her son Mathew has been admitted.I am praying for the whole family.

What a Glorious Day of Days

Well Hello everyone

Today was the day of days.He is risen.Ninan and I made our way to our church to see the the production called The Veil.It was awesome.Greg was definitely on top of things.The music the lights the videos and Bill speaking was a amazing combination.We then headed out for a quick lunch.We chose Subway and then home.We have been getting the house ready for Ninan's family.We are so excited to have the kids over once again at our home.They got the system wii a few days ago.So we are going to take them to Walmart for a surprise.Hehehhe.Should be a lot of fun.We are going to take lots of pictures.I love pictures.Well I am now heading off to bed for a good nights rest and can't wait for tomorrow.Should be a lot of fun.Oh and I watched the Hilary Duff movie the Perfect Man.The one with Heather Locklear as her mother.It was really good and cute.Oh and it had Mr.Big in it too.He is really handsome.Well once again till tomorrow.May the true meaning of Easter be lived out everyday in your life.

Hello Everyone

Well its Easter.I can't believe it.Well today was interesting.I went to work in such a great mood.But that was dashed quickly enough.I could not believe how ppl can act towards others in cruel snipey ways.I then went and worked at different store to help them out closing.It quickly changed my mood.I worked with Chae, Sarina and Mary.They were all very nice girls.It was pretty busy.I even had two of my regulars come and see me there so it was nice.I also picked up some product.And they are attached to Sobey's so i picked up a few things.Then came home and watched You, Me and Dupree with Ninan.It's such a funny movie.And then I played some Sims and now I am off to bed.We are going to see the play called the Veil at our church in the morning.

So Sorry I am late

hey Everyone

Well a few things have happened in the last few days.Yesterday was supposed to my cover shoot with Sam but it got canceled due to weather and the Church was not letting anyone in the main Sanctuary due the Easter program.So we are going next Wed instead.I had my hair put in Velcro rollers on Tues by Krysta and it looked awesome.Ninan loved it.And when I went to my friend Justin's place he loved it too.So I am getting them back in for tomorrow's performance for Good Friday.I am excited to do this song.Via Dolorosa.Well I am off to work in few to have Kristina this time put them in.I can't wait.Well thats all for now.Talk to you soon.

Sonw in April Come on !!!!

Well hello People

Well today was a great day off.I totally enjoyed myself.I was able to get up and kiss and hug Ninan before he went off to work.I was able to start the spread sheet for the Demo Cd Sign up.I went to Angela's dads house and hung out with her and then we went and got our toes did.Thank you Ninan hone.I got black with white flowers.They are so shiny and pretty.Then we went to Wallyword and got lost for a bit.Ang got this really nice light purple outfit.She has to watch her tummy right since the operation.She is healing really well.I have to remember my client tomorrow morning William.He is going in for surgery on his kidney.My thoughts and prayers are with his family.Then I came home and Ninan had made me some awesome veggies and chapatis.I added some of the almonds and Romano cheese the mix and it was so goooooood.Well tomorrow I am at work for 3pm.I have to have all my clothes ready for the shoot.In the morning.I am to excited for words.Thats all for now.Still can't believe I had to use Angela's sock to clean off the back window.That was pretty funny.I am sure if anyone saw.I love Angela and Ninan.Both two really special ppl in my life.

Going to Church is Awesome !!!!

Hello People

Well today Ninan and I went to church it was awesome.The music was great and being able to sit with him was the best.The service was on the Myth of Jesus.Bill is a fantastic speaker.We both enjoyed it.Then I went and picked up my beautiful Easter Lily Plant that bought from the youth for their missions trip this summer.I gave it to my boss.She loved it.Then Ninan and I went off to the mall to look for an outfit for the cover shoot on wed.And I found the most lovely dress and jacket.Perfect.Then we had lunch together and then went home.I got to iron Ninan's clothes for the week.While watching Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie.It has some funny lines like my teeth they are so minty fresh.So funny.Then the rest of the day was just easy going watching Simpson's and watching the Country Music Awards.I wanting to hear Carrie sing.I wonder if she will bring back Orianthi back with her again.She is a breathing taking rocking female guitarist. Well thats if for today.

Charity begins with the Heart

Well Hello out there

Well today was fun.I had a really quick shift at work.I even managed to stop in meet the new co-op student at Curves.Welcome Randi.She is really nice.Well I am collecting donations for MS at work. I made about 16.00 plus today.I am getting everyone to bring in their pennies.By next Thurs April 9th and at Curves for the 14th.I really hope I can make the 125.00 level once again.I am giving up half of my tips to the charity.I am eager to see how much I will raise.People can still donate on line to mssociety.ca under my name or the team Fort Erie Curvy Ladies.Then I came home and sat in front of the Computer.Man what a life.Boring.Well thats all for now.

Hi Everyone

Well I am back home once again.It was fun once again.I got home at like 2 am.I was tired that when I hit the pillow I think I left a dent.Well today was good.I met with my photographer and it was awesome time well spent.I then went to curves for a quick workout.And then off to work for the evening.I got to do my friend Annie's Daughter Nicole.It was a lot of fun.She looked so beautiful after wards.I was late leaving so I am missing ER finale.But luckily Ninan put the tape on for me.What a sweetie.Oh and I also got my appointment for the GI.Yeah.I also talked to Kristina she is on the slow mend.Which is great.Well that's all for now.I started to collect money for MS.I made about 9.00 today.Which is a start.Night

Yo Yo Yo

Well Hello Peeps

Well it was a nice Tuesday out here in the woods.The sun was shining and I had to work a bit later so it was nice.It was a nice and steady day.I had a really nice man named Peter come and sit in my chair and he said that everyday that he has breathe in his lungs is a miracle.So to you Peter I say thank you cause you helped me write a line in my 6th song.So yeah Peter.Ninan loves it.He says the beat is catchy.Which is what we want.I am really excited to sing it.Well I also got to correct about more of my hair.Its all even now.Yeah.I am so excited for next week and the photo shoot.I have some great ideas.I am watching what I eat as well.To make sure that I lose not gain.My dear friend Kristina missed her trip to Cuba due to being really ill.So I have been fervently praying for her.No one likes to be sick.And she is beyond that.Tomorrow its back to Toronto.Its the final day.I can't believe it.It was only in December that I put this to Rob to do this and now its just into April in a few mins that is.And its done.A miracle I tell you.Well hugs to everyone.
